GTB receiving WELL plaque
When GTB decided they wanted to achieve Asia-Pacific’s first-ever WELL v1 certification for their Shanghai office, we designed an automated PM2.5 and VOC filtration and monitoring solution using our Pure-Qi ™ in-ceiling air filtration technology to meet WELL's rigorous standards for air filtration and noise. We also conducted a pre-verification assessment to identify factors which might prevent gaining certification, thus increasing likelihood of successful certification.
GTB’s Shanghai office, a project designed and built by M Moser, is also a winner of the AIA Hong Kong Merit Award for Interior Architecture in 2016 and is one of the first five spaces to achieve WELL v1 certification worldwide.

PureLiving is delighted to have been awarded a Certificate of Merit from IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) at the Asia Pacific Facility Management Awards 2018 for our innovative air control technology, ECS (EcoControl System).
Awarded at the IFMA Hong Kong Chapter Annual Dinner this month, PureLiving was awarded the accolade for the Best Facility Management Technology category, in recognition of our advanced EcoControl System (ECS).
PureLiving’s ECS is a building management system that provides a single point of control for fresh air and filtration. The system works with sophisticated monitors to respond in real-time to air pollution levels and adjust the filtration system depending on the air quality This reduces operating costs and energy charges by only using the system when it is needed, while still maintaining healthy air quality.
ECS uses convenient, web-based access and controls to help extend filter life, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. We continue to improve the features available, with market-leading predictive HVAC maintenance and building health heat map functionality coming later this year.
The award winners were determined by a judging panel that included past Presidents of the IFMA Hong Kong Chapter, the Board of Directors from IFMA Hong Kong, the Head of FM from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, plus representatives from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
