PureLiving’s Pure-Qi™ air filtration units are now manufactured with HEPA filters, making the units more effective than ever. This upgrade in Pure-Qi filtration means our patented Pure-Qi™ units now offer better performance than ever, all for the same price.
A HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is an extremely efficient filter which catches tiny, ultra-microscopic particles using a matrix of fibres. Contaminants both large and small are either caught or trapped by colliding with the fibres as they travel through the filter. HEPA filters trap an impressive 99.97% of particulates 0.3 microns or larger. A typical human hair is roughly 50–150 microns in diameter, so a HEPA filter is able to trap dust that is several hundred times thinner than a single hair.
PureLiving’s Pure-Qi™ air filtration units are extremely quiet, efficient, and can be installed in walls or ceilings as needed. The patented Pure-Qi™ is now capable of removing 99.97% of particulates on a single pass, including smoke, PM2.5, and microbes. Pure-Qi™ offers different filter options to meet your pollutant situation, with filtration and fresh air available in the same unit. Pure-Qi can also be combined with air quality monitors and our award-winning EcoControl System (ECS) Advanced Air Quality Control to create a system which provides you with smart filtration automation.
Pure-Qi™ units are among the most efficient filtration options on the market and offer peace of mind that your indoor environment is healthy and your filtration system has market-leading efficiency. In less than 15 minutes, Pure-Qi™ can bring the quality of indoor air to US EPA standard of 35μg/m³ - it takes most portable purifiers an average of 45 minutes to reach the US EPA standard.
Now together with HEPA filters, a Pure-Qi™ filtration system is an effective and cost-efficient way to improve the indoor air in your home or workplace.

We are proud to announce that PureLiving Beijing team member Yujiao Jiang has been selected by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) as a consultant in the new WELL Water Advisory group.
IWBI has launched a new global network of advisors this month, bringing together practitioners, advocates and experts across all fields of buildings and human health. The advisors will consult on the 10 different WELL standards - Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Materials, Sound, Mind and Community - and with the development and implementation of WELL v2.
Rachel Gutter, IWBI President, says, “Each advisory boasts an A-list of leaders in their respective fields and embraces a diverse mix of minds, experiences, perspectives and regional sensibilities. They are the rocket fuel for taking WELL to the next level.”
Yujiao Jiang is an Indoor Environmental Consultant with PureLiving, carrying out indoor water and air quality assessments and project consultations for WELL and LEED certification, as well as PM2.5 audits, remediation and compliance testing for indoor environments.
“It's a great honor to be a WELL Water Concept Advisor,” she says. “It’s a great opportunity to make a contribution to managing the gaps between Chinese and US standards, and to help shape the future of WELL Building Standards.”
The IWBI experts are all volunteers, who will serve at least a year in the role.

PureLiving continues to develop indoor air filtration technologies and solutions for future buildings and workplaces. Over the past two days, we attended IFMA World Workplace FM China Conference and 6th BOMA Annual Forum in Beijing and Shanghai respectively, sharing with FM professionals and building owners our perspective on future workplace development. We brought our latest technologies and products, including our Asia Pacific Best Facility Management Technology-winning EcoControl System (ECS), our patented indoor environmental intelligent control system.
PureLiving’s EcoControl System (ECS) is a building management system that provides a single point of control for fresh air and filtration. The system works with sophisticated monitors to respond in real-time to air pollution levels and automatically adjust the filtration system depending on a customized schedule or real-time IAQ conditions.
ECS allows FM professionals to more easily check equipment performance, control fresh air and filtration systems, and solve emergency situations.
By putting IAQ data online, real-time IAQ data trends and weekly report can be checked anywhere and everywhere.
ECS helps reduce energy costs while maintaining healthy indoor air quality (IAQ) levels by running filtration and fresh air systems only when IAQ exceeds customized threshold or by following a customized schedule set by the FM. This also helps to extend filter life and the life of installed equipment, improving the asset payback period.

On March 19th，PureLiving together with Hines held the ONE STEP FURTHER TO FUTURE technology forum at One Museum Place. More than 80 clients and partners gathered together at the forum to learn more about new clean air technologies and network.
In the past nine years, PureLiving was growing rapidly and has become the leading company for indoor environments not only in China but also the wider Asian market and beyond. Provided solutions and services for over 35% of Fortune 100 companies and completed over 7000 projects. As the industry thought leader, we are the first total solution provider for indoor air quality, and continues to develop more effective ways to healthier environment.
During the forum, Louie Cheng, President of PureLiving, gave a welcome speech and noted some of PureLiving’s recent achievements on helping clients improving their indoor environmental quality and introduced new solutions: “Managed Air” and SmartHVAC systems.
“Managed air” is a simple ‘pay-for-performance’ model that addresses your indoor air quality, helping you to achieve your goals with continuous high performance with no hidden cost. We have onsite Air Quality experts joining the project team to deliver projects without IAQ problems, significantly lowers risk of operating problems & costs.
The SmartHVAC enhancement enables enhanced sustainable performance by combining media filter and electronic filter while not sacrificing ventilation rates. It is highly cost-effective as it has lower energy consumption due to lower pressure drops, and lower consumption of consumable filters. The service also provides real-time post-filtration air quality data, giving you a direct view of the difference between indoor and outdoor air quality.
Derek Hrzek, Senior Associate from Hines also gave a speech to thank Louie and the entire team at PureLiving for all their substantial contributions to One Museum Place. With the help of PureLiving, One Museum Place is able to provide healthier and more comfortable working environments for its tenants.
During the forum, guest enjoyed drinks and light food and networked with friends and associates in the industry.
To conclude the event, a lucky draw was done and several lucky attendees won prizes provided by PureLiving.
