One Museum Place is built to the highest international specifications of quality and sustainability. It’s one of the first office towers in Shanghai to receive the LEED® Platinum Certification.

LEED® Platinum Certification, the highest rating given by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED-certified buildings are resource-efficient and contribute to the health of occupants while promoting renewable, clean energy.
One Museum Place is also the first commercial project to receive the RESET™ Air pre-certification status. The project offers the best possible air quality with the world’s best air filtration systems. The temperature, humidity, and air filtration mechanism within the building are monitored to match the air quality criteria in the RESET Air (Core& Shell) Standards.
RESET Air is the world’s first sensor-based, performance-driven building certification program where indoor air quality (IAQ) is monitored and measured in real-time. To achieve RESET Air Commercial Interior certification, the Hines Shanghai Office was required to consistently ensure that their IAQ, measured as daily working hour averages across 3-months, met the following criteria:

-     Particulate Matter (PM2.5) ≤35 μg/m3

-     Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) < 500 ug/m3

-     Carbon Dioxide (CO2) < 1000 ppm
